SAVENCIA China Achieves 'Top Employer in China' Status for Fourth Year Running, Showing Commitment to its Employees

On January 20th, 2023, the Global Top Employers Institute (Top Employers Institute) announced their "2023 Top Employers in China" list. Sinodis and BSI Foods, a subsidiary of SAVENCIA China, both earned the "Top Employer in China" certification for the fourth time due to their impressive performance in corporate culture, talent strategy, employee wellbeing, remuneration and benefits, and other related metrics.

China's Top Employers List is a highly influential certification program globally. The Top Employer Research Institute has certified 1,857 companies in 123 countries and regions worldwide. The list evaluates comprehensive human resources matters such as talent strategy, working environment, talent recruitment, learning, well-being, diversity and inclusion, with the goal of promoting corporate growth and sustainable development.
