CPC REGIONAL SELECTION ANNOUNCES JURY MEMBERS

Following the official announcement of participants in January, April 20th ,CPC Committee announces the jury members of 2018 China Pastry Cup Regional Selections.


The jury of Shanghai Division is composed of Mr. Philippe RIGOLLOT, SINODIS resident MOF, World Pastry Cup champion and President of “Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie” (World Pastry Cup), as honorary judge; Mr. Charles ZHAO, former president of China team at WPC; Mr. Stephen TANG, former team leader of China team at WPC and 6 team coaches.


The WPC Silver/Bronze Medal Holder, jury president of the 1st China Pastry Cup -Eric Perez, former president of China team at WPC-Mr. Louis YE, Coach of China team at Asian Pastry Cup 2016 , Executive Pastry Chef of SINODIS , Mr. Jay SONG and 5 coaches will compose the jury of Beijing division.


With the announcement of jury, the highly expected CPC Regional Selection will have its Shanghai division on May 9th to 10th at Bakery China, and Beijing Division will be held on May 17th to 19th at SINODIS Beijing Chef Studio.
