La Rose Noire was founded in 1991 by Mr. Gerard Dubois in Hong Kong. Its factory in the Philippines is a HACCP/ISO/FSSC 22000 certified state-of-the-art facility which employs more than 3,200 people, and supplies over 700 tantalizing bakery, pastry and chocolate products to clients in 57 countries across 5 continents. These clients include premium hotel groups, international coffee chains, private clubs, restaurants and airlines. To meet the ever-changing market demands, La Rose Noire is constantly focused on innovation and develops 8-10 new products each year, maintaining its position as one of the industry's key pioneers.
