先将素面筋用生抽、老抽、蚝油、玉米淀粉、胡椒和糖腌制,胡萝卜黑木耳切丝焯水,葱姜蒜切末备用。

取一锅,放少许油,小火加入葱姜蒜炒香,放入腌制过的素面筋以及胡萝卜丝,黑木耳,翻炒均匀,最后放入冰糖以及香醋调味取出备用。

节瓜刨成长条片状,取一平底锅,放入少许油,将节瓜平铺于锅内,加入盐,黑胡椒调味,翻面煎至即可。(或者将节瓜放入锅中烫熟,时间不宜过长)
