待 Ravifruit 乐果纷 冷冻芒果果茸融化后,加入细砂糖和葡萄糖酱在锅中搅拌均匀煮至微开后,倒入SOSA 索萨 氯化钙粉,并使用手持均制机充分均制,倒出备用;

使用食品粉碎机将 SOSA 索萨 褐藻酸钠和水充分的融合在一起,直至无颗粒后,倒出备用;

使用针筒,将芒果酱均匀的滴入褐藻酸钠溶液内,使其球化,大约一分钟后过滤出,再用纯净水漂洗干净(如不立即使用可放置在原果茸中保持颜色);
