牛肉饼操作过程:首先将牛肉糜中放入盐、黑胡椒、蒜粉调味,放入鸡蛋拌匀。白洋葱切末放入锅中炒至金黄色冷却后放入牛肉糜拌匀,最后放入面包糠拌匀即可。按每个牛肉饼以80克的大小做成牛肉饼。取一平底锅,放入少许油,将牛肉饼放入锅中煎至金黄色备用。

组装过程:将汉堡胚体一分为二,两面均匀的抹上蛋黄酱,底部先放入生菜,牛肉饼,淋上奶油芝士,加入黑醋蘑菇,加上盖子既可。
